Small team, direct answers
Since 2010 we have worked alongside teams of every size, from two-person startups to departments inside listed companies.
Most of our clients come to us mid-project, with a decision to make and not much time to make it. We start by mapping what is actually true — the constraints, the dependencies, the things nobody has written down — and then work out which of those constraints are real.
We prefer small teams. A handful of people who know the details will usually out-deliver a larger group that needs a weekly status meeting to stay aligned.
